Frequently asked questions

How does it work?

Order and send us a clear photo of each face. Within about 3 working days we send clay proof photos; you request tweaks until you're happy; then we bake and ship. You approve before baking and before shipping.

How long does it take?

Most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks total (making + shipping), depending on how many revisions are needed — the fewer changes, the faster it ships. Need it sooner? We offer a Rush make option and a Fastest option by express courier (FedEx/DHL), each for an extra fee. When you pick a delivery speed on the product page, you'll see estimated delivery dates. Holiday timing can vary slightly, so for weddings or holidays please order ahead or message us to confirm your exact date and pricing.

What photos do you need?

At least one clear, front-facing photo of each face, plus a full-body photo (or a body reference) so we get posture and outfit right. Side or back photos are optional. You can upload now or after checkout — we'll reach out.

What sizes and styles are there?

People come in 6–9 inches; pets are about 5 inches. Choose a fixed or bobbing head (the 6″ size and pets are fixed by default; bobbing is a small add-on).

Can I change the colours later?

Colours (skin, hair, eyes) are chosen at the start and locked once we begin, so they can't be changed afterward.

How many figures can I have?

Up to five per base — couples, families, and pets are all welcome. Want to add a pet or accessories? Just ask and we'll quote it.

What if I want changes to the proof?

You get unlimited shape tweaks at the proof stage. Please reply to proofs within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule.

What about refunds?

Full refund any time before production starts. Once we begin making your piece, materials are already committed, so a cancellation after that is refunded minus a 50% materials fee. Quality defects or shipping damage are always remade or refunded. See our Refunds & Returns page.

Shipping & duties?

Free worldwide shipping (except India). US duties are covered by us; most other countries too.

How do I care for it?

Wipe clean with water like a vase — colours won't fade and it's waterproof. It's ceramic-like, so it's sturdy in normal use but can break if dropped (and can be glued).
