We ship worldwide from our workshop, with standard shipping included on every order at no extra cost.

Production + delivery time

Most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks total — that covers proof, your approval, baking, and delivery. The fewer revisions your piece needs, the faster it ships.

Need it sooner? Choose a faster option on the product page:

Standard — about 2–3 weeks total. Standard shipping, no extra fee.
Rush make — faster sculpting, for an extra fee.
Fastest (express courier) — fastest sculpting plus express shipping by FedEx/DHL, for an extra fee.

When you pick a delivery speed on the product page, you'll see estimated delivery dates. Holiday timing can vary slightly, so for weddings or holidays please order ahead or message us to confirm your exact date and pricing.

Where we ship

We ship almost everywhere, with the exception of India at this time.

Duties & taxes

For US orders, import duties are covered by us. For most other countries duties are usually covered too; occasionally a local fee may apply.

Tracking & gifts

You'll receive tracking once your order ships. Sending a gift? We ship directly to the recipient with no invoice or prices in the box — and a greeting card is available on request.
