When you order, we collect your name, contact details, shipping address, payment information (processed securely by our payment providers), and the photos you send us to create your figurine.

How we use it

We use your information only to process and deliver your order, to communicate with you about it (including sending proofs), and to provide support. We use your photos solely to sculpt your custom piece.

Your photos

Photos you upload are used only to make your order and are not sold or shared with third parties. Let us know if you'd like yours deleted after your order is complete.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order (such as payment and shipping partners), and where required by law.
