Bobblery ("we") is operated by Guangxi Jinyao Trading Co. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom-made products

Every piece is handmade to order from the photos and details you provide. Each is a hand-sculpted, true-to-life caricature with a playful oversized-head style — characterful rather than an exact photographic copy.

Your photos & likenesses

By submitting photos or references, you confirm you have the right to use them and to have a figurine made from them. You are responsible for the content you provide. We do not advertise or sell any third-party characters or brands, and any likeness based on your references is your responsibility.

Proofs & approval

We send a clay proof within about 3 working days. Please reply within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule — if we don't hear back, your timeline is simply paused until you reply. Colours are selected at the start and are locked once production begins.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
