Refunds & Returns

Every Bobblery piece is custom-made from your photos, so our policy is built around the proof-and-approval process.

Before production starts

If you change your mind before we begin making your piece — that is, before you approve your clay proof — you're entitled to a full refund.

After production starts

Because each piece is handmade just for you, once we begin production your materials are already committed. If you cancel after that point, we refund your order minus a 50% materials fee. Quality defects or shipping damage are always covered — we'll remake the piece or issue a refund.

Revisions

You get unlimited shape tweaks at the proof stage — we only bake once you're happy. The more accurate your original photos, the fewer revisions needed and the sooner it ships.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll remake or refund it.
