How to send the best photos

The more accurate your photos, the closer the likeness — and the fewer revisions your piece needs, so it ships faster. Here's how to get the best result.

What to send

• A clear face photo — looking at the camera, in bright even lighting, with no harsh shadows or heavy filters.
• A full-body photo — so we get posture, outfit and proportions right. A body reference image (a similar pose or outfit) works too.
• A few extra angles (front + side) help with tricky hairstyles or features.
• Higher resolution means more detail for our sculptors to work from.

How to send them

• Upload now: add your photos right on the product page — one for the face, one for the full body.
• After checkout: prefer to send them later? Choose “after checkout” and we'll email you a secure upload link.
• Leave your best contact (email or phone) at checkout — we'll reach out to confirm the details with you before we start making it.

What happens next

Once we have your photos and details, our sculptors hand-shape your piece and send you proof photos. Tell us what to tweak — we refine it free until you approve it, then bake it hard and ship. Total time (sculpting and shipping) is usually about 2–3 weeks, depending on how many revisions are needed.
